Booking

• A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits will be applied toward your service total. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
• No-shows will be blocked from booking 

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule, depending on the schedule for the day.
• Late arrivals may also receive a shortened appointment to avoid delaying other clients, with full service pricing still applying.

Fill Policy

Lash fills are based on retention and the time since your last appointment.

• 2-Week Fill: Recommended within 14 days with at least 40–50% of extensions remaining.
• 3-Week Fill: Recommended within 21 days with at least 40% of extensions remaining.
• Anything beyond 3 weeks or with poor retention may require a full set.
• Please arrive with clean lashes free of makeup, oils, and mascara.

Foreign Fills

• Clients with lash extensions applied by another artist may require a removal and a new full set if the existing work does not meet my application standards.

Guests & Children

• To maintain a relaxing environment and ensure everyone’s safety, please attend your appointment alone unless prior arrangements have been made. Children and additional guests are not permitted during appointments.

Health & Safety

• Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, including fever, cough, or other contagious conditions.
• If you have any eye irritation, infections, styes, or recent eye procedures, please wait until you have fully healed before booking.

Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of lash services, refunds are not offered. If you experience any issues with your lash extensions, please contact me within 48 hours so I can assess the situation and make any necessary adjustments.

Aftercare

To maximize the life of your lash extensions:

• Clean your lashes daily with a lash-safe cleanser.
• Avoid oil-based products around the eyes.
• Do not rub, pull, or pick at your lash extensions.
• Brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie.
• Schedule regular fills every 2–3 weeks to maintain a full look.

HOME STUDIO 

My work is done in a private home. For the safety, privacy, and comfort of everyone, I kindly ask that you respect the following:

• • Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment, as there is no waiting area.

  • The studio address will be provided after your appointment is confirmed.

  • Only the scheduled client is permitted inside my home unless prior approval has been given.

  • Children and additional guests are not allowed during appointments.

  •  

  • Any disrespectful, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior will result in the immediate termination of your appointment, and future bookings may be declined.

HOUSE CALLS

• Enjoy the convenience of professional lash services in the comfort of your own home.

• House calls are available by appointment only.

• A travel fee of $75 applies to locations within 15 miles of ZIP code 33136.

• For locations beyond 15 miles, an additional $3 travel fee will be charged for every 8 miles traveled.

• A safe, clean, well-lit, and pet-free workspace with access to a standard electrical outlet is required.

• Travel fees are non-refundable and are due with your booking deposit.

• I reserve the right to decline or reschedule a house call due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, or circumstances beyond my control.
