Booking an appointment confirms that you understand and agree to these studio policies.
Appointment confirmation01
All appointments are request-based. The availability of a time slot on the booking calendar does not guarantee that your appointment is confirmed.
Your appointment is only confirmed once it has been reviewed and all waivers are signed and approved.
Deposit & rescheduling02
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit amount varies by service and is applied to your remaining balance.
- With at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment.
- With less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to book.
- Cancellations do not qualify for a deposit refund.
Service guarantee03
All services are non-refundable. If you experience excessive fallout within 48 hours, please contact the studio. A complimentary fix may be arranged if the issue is determined to be technician-related.
Studio & payment04
The studio is home-based. Please do not bring extra guests. ID is required, and the instructions in your booking confirmation must be followed for your appointment to be accepted.
Accepted payments: cash, Zelle, Cash App, or card. Card payments include a processing fee.
Appointment preparation05
Arrive with clean lashes that are free of makeup and glue. Book a removal if needed so adequate time can be reserved.
Arriving 15 minutes or more late may result in cancellation or a shortened service.
Before you book
Good to know.
Most full sets take approximately two to three hours, depending on the style and your natural lashes.
Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, oils, or mascara. Avoid caffeine beforehand if it makes it difficult to relax.
Most clients return every two to three weeks. Your natural lash cycle and aftercare routine affect retention.
Small adjustments are usually possible. A dramatic style change may require removal and a new full set.
